Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for personalised items, hair wraps, scrunchies, eye masks, face masks & sale items. Refundable items; non-personalised pillowcases and the hair brush can be returned within 30 days. Once your return is received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified if your refund has been approved or rejected via email. 

Please note refunds that have been approved will be processed back on to the method of payment you made and this can take a few days to show in your account.
