Q. Are all your products made from 100% Mulberry Silk?
A. Yes, all of our products are made from luxurious 100% mulberry silk, highest grade 6a, 22 momme including the filling of our sleep masks ;)
Q. Care Instructions?
A. We recommend washing all our silk products by hand in warm water with a PH neutral detergent. Our silk pillowcases can be machine washed on a delicate cycle. Dry flat in shade away from direct sunlight. They can be dry cleanable and used with a cool iron inside out.
Q. How long does personalisation take?
A. Our embroiderers at times get very busy which is why it may take up to 3 working days to process before shipping.
A. We offer free standard shipping in Australia for orders above $100 that take 2-7 business days. Express shipping next business day delivery* but may take up to 3 days.
International standard shipping takes 7-15 business days & International express shipping takes 3-7 business days.
All standard shipping orders placed before 12pm AEST are shipped on the same day. All express shipping orders placed before 3pm AEST are shipped the same day.
Shipping date on all Pre-orders is a guide only and these items can be shipped before or after the proposed shipping timeframe. Any other items purchased with a Pre-order item will be sent with the Pre-order when it arrives.
Q. Import Duties & Taxes for International Shipping
Some countries do charge customs fees upon delivery. Bed Headzzz takes no responsibility for these fees as they are different for each country outside of Australia.
Q. How do I track my order
Once fulfilled each order will have a tracking number assigned to your package and sent to your email address.

All our default pricing are in AUD. For our international customers please select your currency from the drop down menu on the home page.
Q. Returns/Refund Policy
A. We know you will love our silk, but just to put your mind at ease we offer a 30 night sleep on silk trial on non personalised pillowcases. Returned pillowcases will be donated to a charity of our choice.
We do not offer refunds for personalised items, scrunchies, eye masks, hair wrap & face masks & sale items.
Damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 30 days of your receipt to request a refund. Once we have received your returned product, your refund will be processed upon successful inspection of your item. The return shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer.
